Pros
Great Pay and benefits. Good people. Company vision is promising wrt drug pipeline. IT strategy clear.
Cons
Annual reorgs in IT has most of the experienced people hanging around waiting for a package. In the US it's a job not a career. Shrink your way to success strategy. Brain drain... off shore all technical jobs to India or Mexico (calling it "insourcing"). Hiring technical people off shore with the decent technical know how but no clue about the business. ZERO opportunities for career growth / promotion in the US or Sweden.
