AstraZeneca cares a lot about keeping their employees happy. They allow you to be flexible as long as you can still meet the company's goals and execution guidelines. There is a lot if growth opportunity if you are willing to work hard and re- locate. There employ a lot of smart people so you can learn a ton.
Cons
There are not a lot of growth opportunities if you are not willing to re-locate or happen to live close to DE. The workload can get very heavy very heavy at times.
