Pros
Great people, for the most part good work-life balance, flexible schedules, diversity focused. Potential for remote working once/week.
Cons
Difficult to keep focused when the ax is always swinging over head, due to cuts or potential cuts. The uncertainty however is what most in pharma are experiencing today. Flatter and flatter organization good and bad. Promotions are taking longer and longer.
