Pros
AZ is a big well known company. Comparable perks in terms of car, pay, expectation. Benefits are good as well as pension. Some amazing people work in the field - if you are lucky, they will hang on.
Cons
Discouraging environment if you are a woman in sales. Men are recognized and offered advancement opportunities but it’s safe to say I know zero high performing women sales reps who have been promoted. If you are a man who worked with a director or manager at another company you will be celebrated & promoted for doing less & unethical behaviour. It’s a revolving door of managements friends who backfill anyone who leaves. Leadership is done through intimidation and being told you are lucky to have this job.
