      Great people, flexible hours, good for global experience., great benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      A lot of people get "assigned" to new opportunities, very little opportunity for the lay person to advance unless you are a chosen one. A lot of turmoil right now as HQ moving to Gaithersburg
