Pros
Compensation and benefits are above average. Work-life balance depends on the team and role but my personal experience has been good
Cons
RTO policy 3-days on site, but at least it's flexible instead of fixed days. Although company is good with people to change roles, it is hard to get directly promoted as you will still have to compete for promotion
