Great Company - Technology Organisation not great - Regional IT Manager AstraZeneca Employee Review

Technology does not live up to the AZ values. Particularly in the UK and the Macclesfield site. Very little diversity, next to no people of colour or differing backgrounds within what is a large organisation of over 200 people. Nepotism is rampant with jobs going to mates, all from the same socio background. Decision making is not transparent, training is poor unless one of the 'chosen' ones
