Pros
Comprehensive portfolio, augmented through acquisitions, some positive, some poor choices. Over-ambitious profitability targets clouding good innovative science.
Cons
Extremely poor leadership. Far too much hierarchy and ineffective cascade of limited strategic thinking. Current location ‘strategy’ is senseless and huge pools of talent are being exited from the organisation. Progression is based on who likes you and critical thinking coupled with constructive criticism gets you nowhere. Walk the walk…
