Pros
The global culture of AstraZeneca is great. Benefits are very strong, and pay is competitive. For a long time, the Frederick site was a reflection of this, and I have not heard any complaints from people who left for other sites.
Cons
They are heavily anti-WFH, even in positions that can be WFH, unless you are leadership. Current leadership at the Frederick site has caused mass turn over due to cronyism. The site has been bleeding people.
