Pros
Telecommuting is a cool thing. However, we do work 50+ hours weekly. Won't complain as there is not much commute. They also give you a company phone to take office calls.
Cons
You are a full time employee ONLY until you are billable. (These are not the terms in the employment offer, but it is at will any way). They have only one major customer P&G. If client doesn't renew contract, you could be terminated. Lousy HR practices. Lack of professionalism. Poor Leadership
