Pros
It used to be a good product and there are a handful of smart people who understand it.
Cons
Company has zero clue how to sell into the C-Suite, lots of fat hanging around at management levels that do nothing but maintain their image and politic up, culture of not keeping their promises, immature sales organization with little to zero responsibility, Just an awful place to work in all honesty.
