Pros

- Meet and greeting with new customers - Employee discounts

Cons

- The company has a "One Team" aspect which is NOT followed due to lack of education to its peers. - After 10 years with the company there's no advancement unless you are Starbuck material. You'll feel stuck. - Raises are a joke even with a repeat performace of a 30% sales increase over last years numbers. - They work you like a dog, and expect you to run both DIY and Commercial making you lose focus on your accounts. - Regional Managers play favorites and let people slide on HR issues. - The District Managers use a "Do as I say, not as I do" aspect which results in loss of respect. - Over all, I would not recommend anyone to work for this company.

Networking & Community Connection: You frequently interact with local mechanics, DIY hobbyists, and commercial accounts, building strong professional relationships within the regional automotive community. Clear Operational Structure: The store protocols, inventory systems, and safety compliance expectations are highly structured, making daily tasks predictable and organized. Employee Discount: Workers receive a company discount on parts, tools, and accessories, which is a major perk if you maintain your own fleet of vehicles.

ConsFast-Paced & Physically Demanding: The environment can be intense and requires significant physical stamina. Employees spend a lot of time standing, walking, and lifting heavy parts (like commercial batteries and brake rotors) throughout their shifts.
