Pros
Really cool products. Great talent in workforce. Beautiful workplaces. So much potential to create great products.
Cons
Company only cares about pleasing stockholders and not customers. Would consistently bypass needed product improvements that existing customers were begging for and instead focus on sexy shiny bauble features that would attract new customers. They didn't care if customers complained because Autodesk's strategy is to buy up any potential product competitors so customers have no choice. Horrible place to work if you care about producing quality products and giving customers what they need. Also, it suspiciously seemed that "older" folks were being "encouraged" to leave by offering the juicy projects to younger staff. Politics were toxic. Managers took care of themselves and hung their people out to dry.
