Availity Response

Yes, yes, and yes! With a practically new headquarters (just two years old) located in the heart of Jacksonville’s Southside neighborhood, we love where we work. And we cannot wait to get back to the office after being fully remote for the past year. But being remote hasn’t slowed us down or hurt our culture. Availity’s culture has thrived during the pandemic thanks to several internal communications, human resources, and leadership efforts. One such effort includes recent enhancements to our benefits program, which you also reference in your review (thanks for that)! You’re right; we encourage career development at Availity—and there are so many opportunities for professional growth while you’re here. On the topic of compensation, All Availity positions are evaluated regularly and assigned a market reference point (MRP). MRPs are a global standard in comparing and analyzing compensation. From there, our hiring managers will consider skill level, experience, performance and other factors. Often, our hiring managers work with their HR business partners to make sure salaries are competitive against the ‘Market’ or MRP. And be sure not to confuse pay with total rewards, or you may be underestimating overall value—benefits, unlimited PTO, a more favorable 401k match than many companies, wellness reimbursement, and more! Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. We wish you much luck and success in your future endeavors.

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
