Pros
Working in Managed Services, the Program Management provided the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers including travel and fair salaries but few raises.
Cons
Work life balance was very challenging. Senior management required nights, weekends and most of the time, over 80 hrs a week was expected. There were some weeks that 90-100 hrs were worked with very little appreciation or kind words.
