Easy to find work/life balance - SMB Account Executive AvePoint Employee Review

AvePoint is a great company to work at for a lot of reasons, but for me it would have to be the emphasis all of the higher ups put on a good work-life balance. They’re always checking in to make sure we’re not taking on too much and if there’s any way they can support us. It’s a very different dynamic than I’ve experienced before and it’s done a lot to improve my mental health since I left my previous job over a year ago.
