Pros
In the past, it used to be a cool company to work for. Good benefits, fair management and awesome culture.
Cons
After Compass bought the company, they killed Avenue Code's culture. Salaries have been frozen for years. They do not care about their people, which Avenue Code used to be amazing at. They have created some AI tools that are laughable, it's all based on hype and the hope to capitalize on everything AI. Now, it's just a place everyone is trying to get away from. Just look at the amount of people leaving. It's sad to see, so my recommendation is to only join this place if you truly have no other option.
