Pros

Nice people to work with and a good place to build network (with clients). Leadership understand personal matters very nicely and support you through them. Its more like working with friends rather than professional colleagues.

Cons

HR is useless and very bias neglecting badly the US, Canadian and even EU team members. Majority of their focus is on Brazilian team members which makes more than half of the company. Several serious concerns and issues were addressed with 0 response and effort to address or solve them. Expect to be hired but take on several and random tasks with no proper training or vision. You wont be able to focus on one goal or have a proper strategy. You'll get different goals every few weeks depending on what the CEO's ideas are. No proper guidance from leadership. Sudden layoffs of valuable people with no severance package. Not the place to grow your career.

Pros

Variety of clients, opportunity to learn new stuff working on internal projects and the company offers reimbursement on some courses and certifications. It depends on the client but usually you do have a good life balance since you are a contractor working within the client and the client pays a lot if you need to do extra hours or be on call.

Cons

All the cons of a consultancy company... Below market pay, almost none benefits, if you are changing clients technical interviews will happen and you may not even have time to prepare. Review process is weird, no matter how good you perform your salary in the end depends on how they negotiated your contract with the client (and they don't review your contract prior to your review). GC process has a minimum 1 year policy which in the end becomes 2 or more to start your process.
