      Pros

      Good exposition to good brands but Avenue Code does not allow a future direct hire from the company. Great young SW engineers in their staff with an individual bright future.

      Cons

      Staffing DNA mentality little bit far from consulting which is their wannabe . They need a professional CEO to get clear vision. Money oriented which means a cold employee money driven relation hided behind a Open culture and Business casual environment. They hire senior managers just to get their contacts. No 401K. High Turnover rate

      Pros

      Stipend for equipment and after 6 months is yours. Payment on time after 15 days when months ends

      Cons

      If a contract with client ends, the contract with AC will end too. Not easy to find a new job with them. Salary is under the market and imposible to get more even with good performance with client.
