      Timely payments, great experience and relationship with the project client

      Cons

      Internal AvenueCode team seemed to have constant changes. Confusing points of contact from the beginning. Not a lot of follow up or feedback given as a contractor. Disconnect between client/project and project managers

      Pros

      Stipend for equipment and after 6 months is yours. Payment on time after 15 days when months ends

      Cons

      If a contract with client ends, the contract with AC will end too. Not easy to find a new job with them. Salary is under the market and imposible to get more even with good performance with client.
