Flexible, casual work environment. Dedicated people at a peer level (upper management excluded), decent product.
Cons
Leaders have zero experience in this industry, therefore steering managers and staff in bad decision making. Failures blamed on junior-level employees whose voices are not heard, just told to keep rowing g the boat towards the iceberg. People are fired left and right when they were just doing what they were told. If something doesn't work and go as planned...Who is to blame...The person who was only doing as they were told, or the mastermind geniuses behind the ill-fayex plan? Hmmm. Only so many times you can cover up mistakes and scapegoat blame before the jig is up. Every truthful review on here is followed-up with some ridiculously flowery review. So suspicious.
