Pros

* I worked on a team with individuals who I truly had respect and great relationships with, as well as other cross-functional teams. * Remote work * Unlimited PTO

Cons

* The products themselves are a dying breed as there are perpetual offerings with comparable capabilities on the market. Subscription-based software is backfiring from a loyalty standpoint. * Their catalogue is oversaturated. * ARR has been fundamentally hacked and slashed with specialized channel discounts, diminishing bread & butter profits. Ingrained discounting was lowered before I left, but most likely too little too late. * Layoffs have been going on for about two years, dismantling many departments and sending roles overseas: I saw employees under one year of employment getting laid off. Otherwise they're increasing surviving employee workloads exponentially, passing off eliminated job responsibilities. * Bonuses were phased out in 2023 for our department. * Jeff Rosica left his CEO role in July 2024, and Wellford Dillard is not as effective as the "face" of the company. Investors/leaders are condescending and unrelatable during all-hands calls.

Pros

• Some coworkers try to support each other despite the environment • You quickly learn how to handle stress (whether you want to or not)

Cons

• Toxic and reactive management style • Constantly shifting expectations with little to no clear direction • Unrealistic workload with pressure to meet metrics that don’t reflect reality • Lack of accountability from leadership—issues are pushed down instead of addressed • Poor communication across the board, leading to confusion and wasted time • Employees are not supported • Burnout is common and ignored
