Pros

Axway has long-term relationship enterprise products and some of the most elite customers in the world. Pharma/Health Care, FSI, Manufacturing and Government to name a few.

Cons

The culture is broken and doesn't hold people accountable to deliver. Product releases often have major bugs and the products are 2 years behind the market. Comp plans struggle to be competitive and HR focuses on the wrong things. People stay for a time and either leave or complain all day if they stay.

Pros

Axway has a great installed base of customers acquired over the last 20 years. The technology plays a critical niche role in the customer operations. Few competitors face-off against Axway.

Cons

Axway hasn't sold a new customer a new deal and is living primarily on increasing their prices to existing customers. The customer facing staff turns over regularly due to shifting leadership changes at the top. The GM of NA has been filled by 4 people in the last 3 years. What's next?
