Pros

Work life balance is decent, have fun in the office sometimes, relaxed dress code

Cons

Mineshare sucks, terrible new manager, micromanaging, company plays favorites, stressful work, people in charge of this company have no idea what they’re doing. Decent sales job right out of college to gain some experience. You will be cold calling 150-200 times a day hoping to talk to 7 or 8 people and hoping to get 1 or 2 meetings. The software BAO uses is a joke, constantly freezes. Account spread is all favoritism, guys making 200k calling easy federal accounts while your working 10x harder making 45-50k calling on commercial accounts for horrible companies. Turnover rate is outrageous.

Good entry level sales job to learn how to make cold calls and set appointments.

Cons

-Poor management -Very low pay for tech industry -Miscommunication -Serves the tech industry but doesn't understand tech industry needs -Cares more about clients than sales agents -Given lists to call with irrelevant contacts or not enough contacts -Feels more like a lead generation job than a sales job often -Given training on clients that has nothing to do with the industries or regions your list of prospects contain
