There used to be many positives about the organisation however only the products are worth talking about.
Cons
The Leadership, especially at the Executive level - CEO and CPO, are toxic leaders and rapidly ruining the business. Vince Forlenza was an exceptional leader and handed over to these clowns. How can a Chief People Officer allow such discriminatory behaviour to happen to women? Disgusting.
