      Pros

      Everything is great when it comes to this company. I love how much they look at you as family.

      Cons

      I don't really have anything bad to say other than they need to hire a new chef because the cafe food is horrible.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
