      Cons

      Totally shocked, management have zero experience, in breach of numerous employment laws. In 20 years in this industry I have never been subjected to racist comments, bullying, harassment, micromanagement, breaches of GDPR and excessive drinking culture. Truly shocked. Pay and conditions not industry norm:

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
