      The actual work, products and client accounts are great for the most part.

      Cons

      With the Waters acquisition and the shifts in management of the field by executive leadership, it's been less than satisfactory.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
