Good staff package, but high workload and manpower issues - Sales BD Employee Review

We suffer from shortage of manpower a lot. Most of the roles (e.g. Marketing, Applications, Sales Coordinator) are lack of responsible person to take care, which requires staff multi-tasking and result in frequent OT. Upper management have no way to deal with this. Also the products (e.g. Onclarity HPV control) have fluctuated performance and lead to frequent troubleshoot and compensation.
