      Big company with a lot of talented people. Management is ok. Good products and ok benefits. They invest a lot in training

      Cons

      Inexistent life work balance. Huge workload with unrealistic expectations. They will work you to death. Messy processes and ineffective tools.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
