      Company as a whole has a high level of integrity, and people treat each other with respect. In general, people are highly motivated to make the company succeed.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance at smaller sites, and there's a disconnect at times from the broader company.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
