      Great co-workers, nice locations, good benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Lack of training processes set up, sink or swim environment. Also no room to expand or grow, either you're a analyst or a team leader.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
