      Great people great company with some great benefits, excellent opportunities to develop new skills. BD University is very well managed.

      Cons

      Lack of direction from the top, until something goes wrong, very reactive. Tries to be proactive without a strategic H&S Global plan.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
