Pros
Great people. Great pride in what they do. Some exceptional leaders in this company. Some incredible driven focused "anything-to-get-the-job-done" people at all levels. Great focus on new markets with current products.
Cons
Too risk adverse. No NPD. Total disconnect with S&M and the rest of the company. Some really bad decisions made during Transformation initiatives that have created a lot of hostility and dissatifaction. I expect to see an exodus of talent as soon as the job market gets a little better.
