stability and long term retention is good, friendly environment, Nice place to work, good compensation and salary at starting from ASM level not below that.
Cons
As i am currently working with this company more than two year i suggest not to join this company at sales executive level because its entery level sales position and at this position salary ,Expenses, incentives very very low as well less chances of growth
