Pros
Very few left to mention. Holidays around 25 days. BD benefits which are limited. There is very little left to be positive about. Culture is appalling.
Cons
Ineffective management. Poor management decision making. No innovation. Rigid. Arrogant and from a customers perspective extremely difficult to do business with. Policy and procedure driven to the point of ridiculous. Customer dissatisfaction. Backorders. Field safety notices. Silo’d. Really has gone from being a wonderful place to work (CFN) to an appalling place to work with a toxic environment.
