      Pros

      Many teams with amazing people. This used to be a great company to work for but the culture has changed a lot and it’s mostly about numbers now.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs, offshoring and piling additional work on already overworked people. Medical benefits are at significantly higher cost than other companies.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
