      Great pay, benefits and vacation leave.

      Long hours, horrible hr department that can't help with anything. Horrible management with a high turnover rate.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
