      The company does a lot of good in the healthcare space There are a lot of great people that work here

      Cons

      Very NJ centric, little regard for timezone, etc for other locations Very political, it's more about who you know than what you do

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
