      A company that looks out for you, always having events at work to make it enjoyable, location is at winnersh so travel is easy, a big parking area with loads of space

      Toilets always messy and lifts are slow

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
