      Good remuneration, good benefits package

      Cons

      Company is bringing and promoting more choarsive leaders, task based with little inspiration. People are treated like resources and not like individuals.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
