      Pros

      Enable one to work from home. Flex hours. Approachable colleagues. Overall nice working environment if you report to a good manager.

      Cons

      Lack of recognition from manager. Diamond shape organisation with many hieracy on top which means the management level people gets promoted often but there is no level to advancement for people below the manager level.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
