      Ability to work on meaningful products that help patients. Good work culture and managers that invest in training its employees.

      Cons

      Some departments were very resistant to change or improvement, which meant working with cumbersome and outdated systems. Mediocre work life balance with long work hours depending on what project you are assigned.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
