      Great internal growth opportunities in the company.

      A lot of management has a me over we mentality. People leaders need to share success with the team, and that's not always done here.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
