      Pros

      Fairly flexible work environment if you have the right team lead. Company values are terrific--if only they were truly embraced.

      Cons

      Work/responsibility is not shared equally between departments in the same tower. Failures in one area are allowed to drag down others.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
