      Great people in a very laid back environment, compared to other large biotech companies. New management is recognizing areas of improvement and making efforts to do so.

      Cons

      Treated like the red-headed stepchild of the BD family. Not much attention or respect is paid to this company because it makes money without improvements.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
