Can do bare minimum and stay employed (this is a con if your a hard worker) Advanced opportunities still don't pay well. Corporate oversight makes it extremely difficult to get approval on necessary projects, or beneficial projects. Flat raises last 2 years no matter if you've gone above and beyond both years.
