      Stable career choice, capital monies available if you can justify it, most people work hard

      Extremely slow to change, act scared of change, politics are out of control. A good manager is key to your advancement and annual reviews

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
