BD codes and conduct, core values need to be reformatted - Anonymous employee BD Employee Review

BD medical has very good codes and conducts and core values BAZINGA!!! Big company like BD Medical deficient in their codes, conduct and core values. There is no such thing like retaliation is prohibited if anyone speak up the truth about another associates or managers unusual observations or attitude or hostile act or anything questionable. Supervisor or Managers retaliated against employees whoever stood up for the right. If any associates diaagreed with their Managers (end of the year evaluation rating), double standard, unfair treatment, or if the boss belittle or yelled in front of their peers, or politics talks, an associates tried to raised their voice, guess what happen? Within a month out of retaliation, first that associate was given Performance Improvement followed by hostile environment, Manipulation and tortured to the point that either associate quit or terminated in front of Sandy Police like that associate did the biggest crime of the world. In other big companies there have reformatted and revised codes and conduct policy with the statement "retaliation is prohibited in any case"
