      Movement within the company is possible.

      Some managers should not be managers. Communication is horrible between managers and employees. Salary is not competitive

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
